Rehearsals for The Plague are well under way, with tickets selling rapidly for the three performances. Capacity is limited, in keeping with our tradition of small-scale, intimate productions (well suited for this particular play), so early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
Preparations for Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard , directed by Michael and Louise Biddiss, will follow on promptly. This will be performed in the Studio at The Wessex Arts Centre, Alton College, on the evenings of October 26, 27 & 28. This venue is one which we have used for a number of productions in the past, including King Lear, Luther, and Macbeth. It will be an overdue first excursion into Chekhov for the Fringe.
